Seventeen years ago with a knack for handy work & a desire to experiment with an investment property, Jason & his brother Brian purchased a 4-plex in Grove Park. After three years of studying property managment, they decided to purchase their second investment property and have continued to add properties annually for the past 14 years. They now possess twenty properties, have completed over 200 renovations and are responsible for over $1.4 million in annual rental income.

WHY WE DO THIS...
Seventeen years ago after learning the basics of home improvement & completing the renovation of two personal homes and a business office, we started thinking about making our first purchase of an investment property. The security of real estate and the opportunity to build sweat equity were major draws.
We focused on the basics and picked up a fourplex in a great location. We quickly experienced the ups and downs of property investing- within 4 months of closing, rents were up 18% & our main waste line burst on our neighbor's lawn. We were hooked!
