LEAD PAINT INFORMATION

Most of our properties were built prior to 1978, and while we have no knowledge that they posses lead paint, and all walls, woodwork and doors have fresh coats of clean paint, there may be lead paint underneath. Please click on the link and inform yourself of any potential health risks.

MOVE IN

TRASH

Tenants are responsible for their own trash. Trash needs to be taken to the street the night before the day of pickup & bins need to be returned following pick up. We are happy to help coordinate an alternating schedule between tenants.

Please be respectful of neighbors by being diligent about performing your trash responsibilities.

PRIOR TO MOVE IN

Make sure that all of the utilities that need to be turned on in your name have been turned on. On the day before your scheduled move in, please text Nina Jaggers @ 404.548.2101 to coordinate a mutually convenient time to meet. Rent & Deposit are due prior to receiving your keys or digital door code. Please complete the Move in sheet on the bottom of this page within one week of move in.
